The Family Mitzvah Corps is a community of WRT families engaging in hands-on social action work together. Providing the opportunity for young people and their families to interact with the broader world, past efforts have included working with homeless shelters, nursing homes, educational programs for low-income children, and more. Join WRT families and and friends for a family-friendly morning of impact in the Bronx! We will work together to unload a truck filled with 8.000 lbs of unsold produce rescued from the biggest produce market in the U.S. We will then make a delivery to a community in need at on of the 32+ pre-assigned community sites.
